- 500 gm fish fillets
- 250 gm potato
- 1 egg
- salt as required
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- black pepper as required
- 2 cup refined oil
- Salt to taste
instructions
To prepare this amazing dish, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into fries and once done, keep them aside until needed again in salted water.
Take a Treo 1500ml glass mixing bowl and mix together all-purpose flour, milk, egg, baking powder, salt & pepper. Prepare a thick batter and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Now, gently add the fish fillets to the prepared batter and coat them well with it. Then coat them well in the breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven for 400 degree Celsius. Take a Treo Treo rectangular glass dish 2200ml and add refined oil to it. Put the rectangular dish in the oven & fry the coated fish for 10 mins until golden brown from both sides.
Meanwhile, take a rectangular dish put a nonstick baking sheet inside the dish place the potatoes on a rectangular dish and microwave for 3 minutes, or until they start to become slightly pliable. Pat them dry and place them in a large bowl.
Toss the partially cooked potatoes with the oil. Spread them in a single layer and pop them in the oven for about 20 minutes, flipping them with a spatula halfway through.
Once done, put the fish fillet in the same dish serve with the tartar sauce and enjoy.
